Canton events tend to split two ways: waterfront festivals and corporate gatherings. The festival side needs a station that handles a steady walk-up line outdoors, and the corporate side usually wants something quieter and branded. Either way, each guest waits about two minutes.
For a festival we plan for weather first: a canopy, a wind plan for the waterfront, and blanks kept dry. For a company event we plan around the agenda so the station opens when people have a break. Setup, printing and teardown are ours either way.
