A custom hat bar is our live patch bar for caps, set up on your Baltimore floor. Each guest takes a cap off the wall, chooses a patch from the handful of designs made for that day, and watches the crew heat-press it on. You choose the blanks, trucker or dad-hat style in your colors. People wear what they built themselves, which is why it works.
In Baltimore it's a good fit for Ravens tailgates, lacrosse tournament weekends and harbor receptions, and it scales up to a Convention Center booth. Caps and patches ship freight with the rest of the gear, so we set the patch menu with you before it leaves Fullerton.
What a Baltimore hat bar includes
- A styled, photo-ready setup that looks right anywhere from the Inner Harbor to Federal Hill.
- A cap selection in a few styles and colors, sized to your headcount.
- A patch menu with your logo plus a few event designs.
- Crew who press every cap, so the line keeps moving.
Pair it with embroidery for a stitched name on the side, or with a screen printing station when you want tees in the same footprint.
Planning a Baltimore hat bar
Is it a western felt-hat bar?
No. Some hat bars around Maryland shape and hand-burn felt western hats. We don't. Ours is a patch bar for caps, where a guest's chosen patch gets heat-pressed onto their chosen cap in front of them.
Does it suit a smaller harbor event?
Often more than a press does. A Fells Point rooftop or a Harbor East ballroom has fewer people and more time, so a hat bar earns its footprint there. In Harbor East we'd usually set it beside a small DTF setup.
What does the venue need to provide?
About a 10×10 ft patch of floor, two ordinary 120V circuits and room for a line to form. The caps, patches, heat press and crew all come with us.
