The Inner Harbor pulls together three kinds of events: Convention Center shows, functions in the harbor hotels, and waterfront events along the promenade. We bring the presses, a DTF station and the crew to your venue, and each guest waits about two minutes for their shirt.
Convention work runs on its own clock. At the Baltimore Convention Center the electrical order and the marshalling window both have deadlines, blanks arrive on pallets, and drayage is the line exhibitors tend to forget. We plan the booth around all of that from the start, then handle setup, printing and teardown on your schedule.
What we run on and around the harbor
- Live screen printing: the fastest option once screens are set, built for long expo aisles.
- Live DTF: full-color logos and names, handy when a booth offers several designs.
- Live hat bar: caps with a patch pressed on while the guest watches.
- Promo & hard goods: totes, drinkware and other goods for a hotel gift table.
Promenade events need cover and a plan for wind off the water. Indoors, hotel ballrooms and the Convention Center halls are simple once the power is ordered. If your event sits a little farther out, we also cover Harbor East, Fells Point, Federal Hill, Mount Vernon, and the rest of Baltimore.
Plan on about 10×10 ft and two 120V circuits per station, whether it's an expo booth or a harbor-side tent. Presses, ink, garments and crew all come with us.
Send the venue, date and headcount for your harbor event and we'll send an itemized quote within 24 hours.
