Federal Hill is stadium-side, so a lot of what happens here is tied to Orioles and Ravens game days: pre-game pop-ups and sponsor tents near Oriole Park at Camden Yards and M&T Bank Stadium. A live press gives a moving crowd a reason to stop, and each person waits about two minutes for theirs.
