A complete print station travels to your Baltimore venue, goes up before guests arrive, and turns out each person's shirt, cap or tote right in front of them. Expect each guest to wait roughly two minutes.
How a Baltimore job runs
- Plan the room. You send the date, venue and headcount. We confirm the footprint, the power and the load-in window. For the Baltimore Convention Center, we need an assigned dock time and drayage booking. A Harbor East space usually just needs a usable door and an elevator.
- Lock the art. We need final art roughly seven days before the event. That gives us time to burn screens, print transfers and pack blanks before the shipment leaves Fullerton.
- Ship and set up. The shop is 2,302 miles from Baltimore. Our equipment goes by freight, we arrive the day before, and the station is built and test-printed before your doors open.
- Print live. Guests pick a design and a size, watch it get made, and walk off wearing it. We strike around your run-of-show.
It works in most rooms around the Baltimore metro: the Convention Center, CFG Bank Arena, a hotel ballroom, or an outdoor lot by M&T Bank Stadium. Freight is booked ahead, so give us two weeks if the date needs to move. Tell us about your event and we'll map the setup.
