A level spot about 10×10 ft for each station, two dedicated 120V circuits, and a route for road cases from the dock to the floor. Everything else ships in with us.
The Baltimore venue checklist
- Floor: about 10×10 ft per station, plus room in front for a line. On a Baltimore Convention Center show floor that line forms fast, so plan the aisle side of the booth for it.
- Power: two dedicated 120V/20A circuits per station. At the Convention Center that means an electrical order through the venue ahead of the show. In a hotel ballroom near the harbor it usually means checking that our outlet isn't shared with catering.
- Load-in: a dock, a freight elevator or a ramp. Our gear arrives by freight, so we need the delivery address, the receiving hours and, at the Convention Center, the marshalling window in writing.
- Cover outdoors: a canopy and a wind plan for anything on the promenade, in a stadium lot on game day, or on a lawn in Federal Hill. Summer afternoons by the water get hot, so shade helps the crew and the gear.
What ships in with us
Presses, dryers, heat presses, ink, tables and a full XS–4XL run of blanks all travel from our Fullerton shop by freight, and the crew flies in a day ahead to meet it. A warehouse space in Canton or a gallery in Mount Vernon usually just needs a door a cart fits through. If the room has a power cap or a tight move-in slot, tell us when you book and we'll build the station plan around it.
