Baltimore's calendar runs from Convention Center expos to Ravens Sundays to harbor galas, and a live press fits more of it than people expect. Here's where we'd put one, and why.
Baltimore events we'd print at
- Inner Harbor activations: heavy foot traffic, so the press doubles as the thing that stops people walking by.
- Ravens tailgates & game days: purple everywhere, a long line, and a fast one-color design that gets worn into the stadium.
- Baltimore Convention Center expos: a booth draw that gives attendees a reason to stay long enough for a badge scan.
- Camden Yards events: summer crowds and outdoor heat, so we plan shade for the line and the crew.
- Harbor galas & receptions: smaller rooms, where embroidery or the hat bar makes a better parting gift.
- Festival & sponsor merch: sponsors get their logo on something people actually wear home.
Picking the station for the format
Crowded, fast-moving formats like an Inner Harbor weekend or a Ravens tailgate want a quick screen-print or DTF station so the line doesn't stall. Smaller, dressier rooms get more from a hat bar or live embroidery, where each piece feels made for that guest. The Convention Center and CFG Bank Arena are the two big indoor rooms we plan around.
Not sure which fits? Send the event type and headcount and we'll suggest a station mix for the room and the schedule.

Planning around Baltimore's seasons
Baltimore has real seasons, and they change the plan. Summer events at Camden Yards or on the promenade mean heat and sudden storms, so the canopy and covered blank storage come first. Fall is football, with tailgate lots by M&T Bank Stadium. Winter pulls most events indoors to hotels and the Convention Center, which is when hoodies make more sense than tees.
In any season the station ships from Fullerton by freight and the crew flies in a day ahead. Plan on 10x10 ft and two 120V circuits per station, and six to ten weeks of lead time.
