Most people searching for screen printing in Baltimore want a shop. We're a live event crew. The press comes to your venue and every print gets pulled with guests watching. Screen printing is one of five stations we run, next to DTF, the hat bar, embroidery and promo goods.
Screen printing at the event instead of the shop
A regular shop order goes like this: upload a file, wait, pick up boxes. At a live event the wait becomes the show. Same ink, same press, but the line gets to see it happen. It suits Inner Harbor activations, a Ravens tailgate, or an expo booth at the Baltimore Convention Center.
What we screen print live
- T-shirts & tanks: the standard, sized XS to 4XL.
- Hoodies & crews: the pick for the colder months, and they read as a real gift.
- Totes & more: flat items print cleanly on a live press.
Covering the Baltimore metro from Fullerton
We're based in Fullerton, California, so every Baltimore job is a fly-out: the gear ships ahead by freight and the crew lands a day early. From there it's the Convention Center, CFG Bank Arena, a Canton waterfront event, wherever you are. One press runs up to 60 shirts an hour, and a two-press station clears 100+.
Quick estimate: give us the headcount and hours and we'll size the screen-print setup to your Baltimore venue, with an itemized quote inside 24 hours.

When screen printing is the right call here
Screen printing earns its spot when the line is long and the art is simple. A one- or two-color logo at a stadium-lot tailgate or down a busy Convention Center aisle is where it's fastest. If the art has gradients or photos we'll steer you to DTF, and for a small VIP room, to embroidery or the hat bar.
Screens get burned in Fullerton before the freight leaves, so final art matters more here than it does with DTF. Each station needs about 10x10 ft and two 120V circuits, and outdoors in Baltimore we bring a canopy for sun and rain.
